The NAF-Trimsector Z-trim is an ideal valve for solving problems of cavitation and high noise level within process plants. This design is based on the proven NAF-Setball ball sector valve. The NAF-Setball with Z-trim will combine the benefits of an advanced control valve with the simplicity of a ball sector valve.

The valve has a ball sector with trim which splits the flow into multiple flow paths and reduces the pressure in 3 steps. The unique design offer substantial control benefits. The valve is a trunnion design with top and bottom bearings that requires very low torques and smaller actuators. The V Shaped ball sector provides accurate control even over a wide operating range and even at low flows.

The direct mounting NAF-Turnex actuator does not require mounting brackets which ensures a very compact valve + actuator assembly that is not effected by vibration.
