The Richter KN series is a heavy duty PFA lined ball valve that has proven performance in the chlorine and chemical industry. It comes with the ENVIPACK stem sealing with complies with the German Clean Air Act (TA-Luft) and excels by solving problems for the majority of chemical applications.

The selection of fluoroplastic linings, the large temperature / pressure range and the numerous options permit a tailor-made solution for virtually every application involving highly corrosive and ultrapure media.

The one-piece ball / stem avoids weak spots in the ball to stem area. 4 Ball options are available from PFA lined to ceramic ball, cavity free and KNR V control ball ensuring that this one design can be used for isolation, on/off and control.

Optional antistatic lining PFA-L, PFA-HP ultrapure or PFA-P particularly highly permeation resistant are available. Dovetailed locking of the PFA lining in multiple places provides a perfect fit for severe service, cycling actions and vacuum.

The lower torque of the KN series enables you to fit smaller pneumatic actuators, reducing the costs and reducing space required. Our valve automation centres in Secunda and Durban are able to mount all actuators, valve positioners and switch boxes very quickly.
