The Cashco 6A00-EM Inline Deflagration Flame Arrestor protects process lines and storage systems from flame propagation caused by vapor ignition. Certified to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and ISO 16852, it ensures reliable explosion protection in compliance with international safety standards.
With a single-element, bidirectional design, it allows gas or vapor flow in either direction while preventing flame transmission — a vital safeguard for instrument engineers and plant safety teams. The stainless-steel crimped element absorbs and dissipates heat, quenching the flame front before it can reach protected equipment.
The 6A00-EM’s passive, no-moving-parts construction means no external power, no actuation, and minimal maintenance. The removable flame cell element allows quick inspection and cleaning, helping production and maintenance teams reduce downtime and maintain plant availability.
Designed for horizontal or vertical installation, the Cashco 6A00-EM is available in sizes DN80–DN400 and materials including carbon or stainless steel to suit a wide range of industrial applications.
